No Standard Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as size issues, dislike of color/style, or change of mind. Please check all details and size charts carefully before purchasing.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We only offer an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item sent). In such cases, we will replace the item with a fresh piece of the same product.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim an exchange for a defective item, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, we cannot process your claim.
Video Guidelines:
Start before opening: Show the package from all sides (360 degrees) to prove it is sealed and untampered.
Continuous shot: The video must be a single, continuous take with no cuts or edits.
Show the defect: Clearly zoom in on the defect or damage while the product is being unpacked.
Please Note: If the video is edited, cut, or started after the packet is already open, the exchange request will be rejected.
4. How to Request an Exchange
If you have received a defective item, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Details: Send your Order ID, a description of the defect, and attach the unboxing video.
Once our team verifies the video, we will approve the exchange and provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
