1. No Monetary Refunds
Sateileva operates under a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, or credit card reversals) under any circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for: Change of mind, size issues, delay in delivery, or dislike of the product.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items
As per our Exchange Policy, we only offer a replacement if the product received is damaged or defective. We do not provide a refund for defective items; we will strictly provide a fresh replacement of the same product.
Note: The mandatory Unboxing Video (uncut, showing the package being opened) is required to process any claim.
3. Out of Stock Scenarios
In the rare event that you receive a defective item and we are unable to provide a replacement because the item is sold out or out of stock:

We will provide you with a Store Credit / Coupon Code of the equivalent amount.

This credit can be used to purchase any other item from Sateileva.

We do not provide cash refunds even in out-of-stock scenarios.
4. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing it. A cancellation fee may apply.
